headlight

I got a 2010 e90 328i lci with the xenon or bi xenon whatever the difference is i just want to make the head light more brighter then the stock xenon do i have to put on a new HID kit or is more simpler ?

I heard the Osram Night Breaker bulbs were brighter than the OEM bulbs

Teohenwhy what if I leave the xenon as is but what do I do if I want the fog lights to match the xenon

You're driving a BMW, everything is expensive.
To answer the fog light question there are a few options you can choose. LED bulbs or HID fog light conversion. Most people agree the HIDs are to bright for this application because you blind oncoming traffic.
In my opinion before you consider upgrading lights I would buy maintenance parts. What's the condition of your water pump? etc.

Car is fine I changed the plugs dmtl pumore and the oil and air filters I really don't know anything about water the water pump if I use the led bulbs in my fogs will I get any error codes and which one do I get to match the head lights

Thanks darkfox I ordered genssi elite h8 halo bulb and doing this will match the amazon page for the GPS thunder said it's 8500k you think it will match
