Wrapping
I wanted to get an opinion on wrapping, specifically the kidney grilles and the roof, but any other places too. I'm think of a glossy black roof and black kidneys on my EB2
F36 but I'm undecided. I think a bit of chrome on the front adds something and not sure if the roof would look too boy racer. |

Wrap both in gloss black and you won't regret it. I would definitely do it.

Sorry but why do you want to wrap the grilles and not buying the proper black ones??? Wrapped roof looks good om white cars, not sure about blue but it is your car, do you want please

Imo the blk roof definitely looks better on some cars than others. But I think it looks great on most any colour. It even looks great on a mineral grey car. Just that it definitely looks better on cars that provide more colour contrast. |

Thanks for all the replies. Black roof on white I think is awesome, I'm just not sure on EB2. I think it would look good but I'm not sure I want to show up to client sites with an even sportier looking car.
The kidney grilles I'm much more inclined to do, I just think the bit of chrome is classy though. Might get wife to mock car up in photoshop and I'll post comparison shots on here. |

wrap the roof, it will look smart.
the grills you can buy gloss or matt for less than £50. and they will last. trust me wrapping them looks shoddy and will cost you far more than £50 in vinyl, electricity and time. and youl need to wrap them again when the summer heat coming shrinks the crap out of it. |

eBay aftermarket jobs, but I'd rather get OEM ones for £80.

It works with white. http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...=950691&page=2 |

oem or non oem whichever you like the non oem grills are no different fit to the oem ones. unlike the aftermarket splitters and diffusers which can be fidley.
