I have got a pretty loud clicking sound and I've been told it is most likely my injectors. Is this something I could do myself or would it be wise to take it to a shop. Also, I was told that even if only one injector is bad they have to replace all of them?

I think what you're hearing is the lifter noise. Nothing to do with the injectors

If you are referring to e91 in your avatar, he's right you are most likely hearing your exhaust lifters.

The injectors clicking is generally with the piezoelectric injectors in the n54 and n63. You have standard solenoid style that aren't anywhere near as loud.

Should be loudest on the passenger side of the engine bay.

Fix for that is to replace just the exhaust camshaft HVA lifters and the updated rockers.

If noise persist or returns you will require a new head.

Changing your oil to a diesal blend will quiet down the lifters big time.
