january incentives

They're up on the website now. Looking to finance a 340i.... they're offering $1,000 option credit, (down from $1,500 last month), and raised the interest rate from 0.9% to 2.92%, but extended the term from up to 36 months to up to 72 months. Overall, not as attractive. I think I'll wait another month.

Thanks for the info kromix. So the 1% residual decrease looks to be not as attractive, huh? If my using my lease calculator figures are correct, it looks like my payment would go up $18.22. Thankfully, I'm locked in to the December promos - I was hoping they'd be better but doesn't look that way.

You locked in Dec 3 Series rates? I did too, so lets math it out together....

We got:

62% Residual, $750 Locked Option Credit

Jan:

61% Residual, $1000 Option Credit Lockable

(Given MF is the same, we are better in December...) I don't know MF yet...

The real surprise is 4 Series...

It got a 5% Residual bump from 55% to 60%.... and $1250 lockable Option credit.... Those are looking nice and making me want to order a 435i

...

What Im itching to find out is the MF and I assume it spiked big time.

I might get the 4GC next if they continue to bump the residuals 3 years later.
Low residuals on the coupe killed the deal.

Don't forget that next month, February 2016, is the last month of production for the 435i. It will become the 440i in March. Maybe BMW is trying to move the 435's now that the 440's are about to come out?

Same here, I went with the 340i cause of the low residuals last month..

Looks like this month they shot up 5% to 60%....

MF didn't change much boys.... Looks like we went from .00131 to .00132...

Yes, I locked in Dec rates. I did 12k miles so I'm at 61% residual and the .00131mf. I also have a corporate fleet discount through my employer, so there's another $1500 credit and a .00020mf reduction taking me to .00111mf.

Now, the $750 option credit was lockable but the $750 holiday adder was not? Seems like I'm out $750 on the deal if this is the case. Will find out through my CA...

Correct, $750 Holiday Adder was not lockable, but im sure if they promised you that, they will make you whole somehow, like lowering price of car, etc..

Yeah, it sounded like they were gonna give it to me regardless. Oh, I forgot, and I got the Ultimate Drive Event credit of $1000 too. The deal came to $4000 in credits aside from $5000 off MSRP.

My 340i should be moving to the VPC > Truck > Dealer this week. Can't wait.

Lucky my 340i is scheduled to complete production Jan 11, 2016 according to the phone message and agent.... How accurate were the messages on the phone or the agents info as to the movement of your car??

Yea I got: $3,250....

$1,000 Ultimate Drive Event
$750 Option Credit
$1,500 Corporate Fleet Incentive

If I was able to lock the $750 Holiday I would be at $4k too... I dunno how you did it, even a dealer oops seems hard because I had access to the sheets it says it in plain site (NON-LOCKABLE) on the holiday and (LOCKABLE) for the Option.... Lucky bastard!!

Can't wait till it gets here!!

The BMW phone reps were pretty accurate as far as dates went. Out of all the things they deal with some of them get really excited when it comes to tracking production for a customer. Apparently, they can also see your past order history - one guy said "it looks like you've ordered a few cars from BMW in the past" and thanked me for my business.

Website still says "order documented" and automated phone system was about a day behind or just incorrect altogether.

My CA confirmed with me today I will get both holiday and option credits one way or another. He's a straight shooter, told me not to worry and that I'll get what he promised me. I'm assuming he'll probably just discount the car another $750. We went through the paperwork and the monthly payment stayed the same.
