I'm talking about the mod where you cut open the exhaust and replace the perforated pipe with a solid pipe. Was wondering if anyone has tried it on a 328.
here is the thread http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739970 Cheers |

did it to my friends M3.... probably just the s54, but it was crazy raspy. If you know someone who can weld, might be worth it tho since thats essential what the PE is. I wouldnt replace all the perforated pipes tho, maybe just 1 and take the packing out

Are you looking to do it for the sound or the dual tip look? If it is for the sound, i would skip it. Does not sound great
