These are the best quality photos we have of the M2 (apart from the press photos) so I recommend looking at the original photos as the ones in this thread are ruined because of the compression.

edit: The photos in the original post are just fine now when the moderator has replaced them.

As far as random M2 sitting in a parking lot goes, these are stunning photos!

It's "the" parking lot in NJ @ BMWNA.

Awesome! E30 looks like a toy car alongside a modern Beemer. Both looking great!

Disturbing lack of M Mirror and knee pad content however

Wow, I can't believe how long that M2 has been sitting there. You can tell it hasn't moved in a long time by those rusty rotors. Thanks for the pics.

I totally agree! It seems this car does not move! Great shots of Old vs New!

Love it,the classic original M car vs the M2.Both look great.I guess BMWNA has decided to just leave that M2 there to show the car to as many people that decide to make the trip to see it.They need to send one up to BMW Canada in Toronto because they don't have one.

Noice! I was just there on Friday! Didn't make it to "the" parking lot but I found two M2s in the parking garage

Your pics are much, much better than my hastily taken ones with my phone lol I wish I was in my F80 I would have done a side-by-side.

Pretty great selection of angles and arrangements considered the m2 was parked in the same spot the entire time lol. Made it look like both cars were being positioned for the shots

Someone should have dropped in the front center caps for the e30 for the shoot.

I always drove my car without them though and installed them for show moments after buying a new set after having the original set stolen off my car.

Great photos especially for matching up to the still life M2 Lol

Ok ok ok. These are now my favorite photos of the M2. That blue looks amazing in these. First time i've liked the color so far. Great photos! Pretty outstanding.

I keep looking at these photos. An inch drop, a nice set of 19s, some tint and bam, got yourself a damned nice little daily driver.
