2003 325i 40K Tune Up

I have a 2003 325i E46 about to reach 40k. Can someone tell me what maintenance is performed at 40K? I will most likely go to the dealer for it. Comments welcome.

Do not go to the dealer. For what they will charge you, you could buy another 2003 325i.
