VO code PDCR with 3AG on NCS Expert

Hi guys,
Need help to code a E70Lci from 2011, after installed a non OEM rear camera. As the car has OEM PDC, the camera view appears on CID and disappears immediately when reverse. Neo_Anderson told me the PDCR need to be coded, what sounds very logical

I installed NCS Expert / INPA / NCSdummy.. implemented E70 database on my windows vista (VMware on MAC), but as I have never made a coding on these tools, I need your help with some instructions about steps to VO Code this ECU with 3AG

FYI: I manipulate well Esys for Fxx

PS: when lunching NCS Expert, I don't have Revtor Profile: this is normal if no connection established yet with the car ?
