Suggestions for new JBD install

I've had my 2011 335D for almost two years now and love it, been pretty reliable for me.

This week I just purchased a JBD Tune and am awaiting it's arrival. Prior to me getting it, are there any suggestions I should consider prior to installation? I do not have anything to clear codes so that will be first on my list but what other considerations should be taken?
