Did it last week. Tires are new so I had to break them in a bit.

When I had snows (lm22) for the m235i. It vibrates during first 5-10 minutes of driving but that was only in cold temps. The noise is normal for new tires and snows do make more noise.

Have u check tire pressure?

Yeah pressure is normal. tires have 1 season on them.

Tire shop is telling me to take it to tuner shop because that much noise vibration is not normal...

They think it has something to do with the winter wheels i had installed: bbs sr 18s

I've always heard that this is somewhat of an inherent issue of snow tires. Though I've been swapping between summers and snows for the last 10 years and it's not normally that noticeable in my experience. Bigger difference is between RFTs and NRFTs. There's no snow for at least the next week by me so I'm putting my summers back on tomorrow.

So u had it last season and everything was fine?

Did u hit potholes? And does BBS wheels come with centric rings?

Yea My guess is that you're missing centric rings but if not then you have a bent rim or unbalance wheel/tires which is odd for 1 season

I put my snows on last week. They are a little noisier but no vibrations or anything. I love the weather but I wouldn't mind a little snow to "test" out the performance of the Blizzaks

I'm still one of those on stock wheels and all-season RFTs. This will be my second winter with them. This Spring I'll be getting Summer wheels/tires...finally.

My buddy jumped the gun and threw his new Blizzaks on his WRX a few weeks ago. All I could think about was the FF movie "too soon junior"

I want to see some white stuff soon... Itching to do some Snowboarding.

I put my summers back on today no snow in the forecast by me. Just wish I didn't have a race alignment done on my snows like a month ago. Need to have it done again. Ugh. But at least I can finally feel the power I added to my car over this winter.
