Which exhaust gives low rpm power?

I have been thinking it for a long time.. there are just too much info out there so it's hard to judge. Which exhaust would provide HP and torque even at low RPM while keeping the noise low?

I think the Borla would be a good choice for you.

It's not loud, no drone, and decent HP gains.

I would have to say that any catback system should take car of the low end torque!

I've had catback exhausts in all of my cars and I honestly can not feel the different in power at all, even slightly.

thanks guys.. In this case I won't change my exhaust then.. loud pipe usually means more attractive to both police and other fierce drivers (who won't let you change your lane!)
