WW tracking interpretation

WW tracking says "liner release" followed by "discharged" the next day. See pic. Does this mean it's off the boat but still has to clear customs or is discharged the final status?

Discharged means it cleared customs and is ready for VPC. Once you see released from it means it left for the VPC.
