Still need advice :) Help me diagnose this problem please

Engine mods
VRSF catless dps
Jb4
Bms intakes
VRSF chargepipe w/tial bov

I was out driving this morning and all of a sudden my car felt like it was having a misfire. It didn't leave me stranded, I was able to drive it fine. But it kept feeling like it was having a hiccup. It began to have a very small flutter while idling as well. No check engine light came on. I just drove the car home and parked it so as not exacerbate the issue.
I have 83000 miles. I did spark plugs and coil packs around 69000. I did valve cover, ofh gasket and Walnut blast a few thousand miles ago. I don't drive my car that often and drive it like an old man when I do. I have the jb4 with USB so if logging will help I can try that. Does this sound like the hpfp, or more like an injector? I'm going to go drive it and see if I can get a cell to come on.

Check your spark plugs to see if any of them smell like fuel and are blacked out. That will be an indicator that your injector for that cylinder is bad.

This. Otherwise I would say carbon blasting but you did it.

Can be a coil failing as well. They are big piles of crap

So I'm going out to log but I'm having issues with "Failed: com4"
I used the dash to get the code and got 29d2 which I believe is misfire cylinder 6. So now I need to figure out which component is causing it.

Got everything to work.
2E35 Injection valve cylinder 6, input signal. Does that mean I have a bad injector?

I would say yes, take it out along with the spark plug, if they look wet or slimy swap the injector out.

I took a quick glance yesterday. I didn't have time to remove the cowl and get to the 6th injector. I will later. But just glancing at it I could see what looked like oil on the injector, so there's a good chance my catch can line is leaking or something.

So I took the cowl off and inspected the area and I was mistaken. Must have been the shadows and the slight copper color on parts of the fuel line that made me think there was oil in the area. It is completely clean.
Do I bite the bullet and order an injector? Is there a way for me to test and make sure it's bad? Should I swap two injectors and see if the misfire moves?

Pull the plug for cylinder 6 if the threads/tip are wet with a watery looking substance it's fuel and you need to replace that injector to remedy your issue.

Sweet. That was the info I was looking for thanks! Now is the injector just a drop in part? Why was I reading about needing programming for injectors? I can just put a new one in and call it a day right?

No , first you will have to see what index your current injectors are , and you will still have to program it.

Yeah this will be the first maintenance I have had to do that will require unnecessary work imo, aside from the oil filter housing gasket having the dumbest design ever, of course.
