Cobb codes ANYONE PLEASE!

P30FE- boost control, boost pressure too high error wastegate 1 clamped
P3100- overboost
I get that there overboost codes and all but what could cause them.
Im running cobb stage 2 sport.
Also every time I shut the engine off and the hood is popped you hear a "woossshh" noise like air is being released from somewhere.

That's a normal sound when you don't have any problem.
