How do I know which firmware version my JB4 G5 has?

Is there a way to find this information on the JB4 interface? Also, when I install a new firmware version, is there a configuration process that follows? I've read something about setting menu 12 to some value. Where can I read up more on the topic?

I'm currently not running E85 or Methanol if that helps.
