Low beam shining too high!

Has anyone had any problems with the low beam shining to high and dazzling every oncoming vehicle?

I was out for a little drive tonight after getting the Birds suspension put onto my car and just about every single oncoming car flashed me as if I had the main beams on, even cars in front were putting there hazards on because they were getting dazzled, I thought the lights were self levelling, I can't find any manual way to adjust them down, now this has just started since the new suspension has been fitted, any ideas??

Pop bonnet & adjusters are within front slam panel. Iirc, they are the inside ones of the 2 each side. Use an Allen key to turn them down. (line up on a wall / garage door to see them move up/down)

Garage should have adjusted them when fitting the suspension as iirc, same happens when the ACS springs are fitted

Garage List
There is a section in the illustrated ACS fitting instructions about re-calibrating the arm that connects to your suspension (and used to detect ride height changes). Don't have it to hand but you can find it online.

Guessing when you had your suspension fitted today they haven't done that yet - your lights will be off.

Do not try and adjust the headlamps themselves .... !

Yes, it will be that your system needs re-calibrated or worse, that the technician damaged or forgot to re-connect the rod that tells the car the relative ride height front to back.

Bird's realigned my headlights when they installed the springs and ARBs - an essential part of the job !
