I didnt see any different on this code ? can anyone tell what does it mean ?

Allows the windows to be Auto-Closed when the door is open. If your door is open, you currently cannot roll up the window automatically, only manually.

What do you mean by auto close ? shall i need to press any button ? rather than manually close ?

When you roll up your Windows with the knob on your down. One notch is manual roll up/down, push past resistance and rolls all the way up/down automatically. If you open your door while it's closing automatically, it will stop closing. Changing this code allows that to not happen.
