Hi fellow addicts,

When I go this car last summer, my original plan was to keep it for the duration of the lease and then get an M3. Well, the is out of the window and I am jumping on the M sooner, so I need to find a new home for my little baby.

This was my very first BMW and for the time it was with me, i took great care of it, always garaged.

I am looking for someone to take over the lease, or if interested, purchase it out right.

There is around 21 months left on the lease if I am not mistaken, contract end date is 6/20/17. Payments are $365.82 per month, current payoff $31,610.90, residual will be $25,278.75.
Total miles allowed 30,008, 10k per year, current miles 12,000 exactly.

I have $3,150.00 in MSDs which I would like upfront - of course you will get this money back at end of lease. I will split the BMW transfer fee with someone, but it negotiable.

I have a couple of OEM modification on the car, but also have all of the original equipment which is included. The mods are:

M-Performance Black Grill
M-Performance M235i Rear Diffuser
M-Performance Side Splitters
M-Performance M235i Muffler/Exhaust
M-Performance Carbon Shifter and alcantara shifter trim
M-Performance Pedals
M-Performance Mats (Original, unsused included)
IND Color matched reflectors

-Alpine White with Coral Red Leather Interior (Manual Seats)
-MSport Package (All Season Tires)

I have a couple of potential takers but nothing concrete.

I have just gotten my allocation for the M3 and will be picking up next month. I hope I can find a new home for my little 2 soon.

I have $3150 in deposits, willing to do an incentive of $650 plus cover half of transfer fee. You also get all the parts M Performance parts as well.
