Help me decipher these lease deal

I'm trying to make sense of these two lease deals, but I can't get the numbers to line up with various lease calculators. Are these good deals on 15s? This is my first lease, so I imagine that I am missing something. I have a college grad credit of $1000 and a UDE event credit of $1000.

Offer #1

Offer #2

Any help would be appreciated.

I have not idea what "Capital Reduction" is... but I would love to know why is it $50 on the first offer and $2,000!!! on the second one... also I'm confused about why $0 down with first option and $4,000 on the second one...am I crazy to say why can't you get both offers with $0 down or both with down payments so its easier to compare...

Capital Reduction is a fancy word for down payment. These are from 2 different dealers, which explains the differences. I'm dealing with 2015, so options are somewhat limited.

moon roof and drivers assistance package useless IMO. I never use moonroof.... just added weight and cost.

Thanks for your thoughts. I'm given to understand that these packages cannot be removed as these are from 2015 inventory since BMW is no longer making 2015 models. I do like the backup camera feature though.

It's hard to compare when one is 10k miles and the other is 12k. One is giving you 2k in rebates the other is 1k. One is 8% tax the other is 9%.

I would get them to both do 0 down 10k leases so that you can really compare.

Garage List
Pretty good discounts on both cars. almost 12% off the first one and 11% on the second. Comes down to the options you're looking for and how much you're expecting to drive. Just for reference, I got my 2014 328 msport 52k msrp last year this time for 15% off easily so might be some more room there to negotiate.

A couple of thoughts,
- cap cost reduction is just another term for downpayment which reflects in the lower monthly payment. I wouldn't suggest putting any money down on a lease as you don't get it back should the car get totaled.
- why would the tax be different? (assuming you are registered either car in the same state)
- I'm a bit biased but I would take the msport/driver assist/navi for a few thousand more instead of premium pkg. m sport changes the look of the car a lot and the new navi system is best in class IMO.
- I'd also suggest you get a lease calculator on your phone or laptop so you can double check their math on these estimates.
- $160 for wheel locks?? get them elsewhere for <$20 bucks.

Hope that helps.
