Hi from new member
Hi, been registered for a little while but had no reason to post much until now! Ordered a car with Riaz (top guy), gave me an excellent deal!
I don't usually buy new and to be honest i'll never spec out a car like this ever again, but I thought I go crazy this time. Spec as follows 330i M Sport with Sport Auto Alpine White Black Leather with Aluminium Trim Media Package M Sport Plus Package with 442M 19" wheels Advanced Parking Package Head Up Display Comfort Access Elec Seats Heated Front Seats Folding Elec Mirrors Sunroof Speed Limit Display Surround View Rear Folding Headrest Split Folding Rear Seats Elec Rear Sunblinds Rear Side Sunblinds M Sport Adaptive Suspension Sliding Front Armrest I think that's it. The only thing I'm unsure off is the black leather seats, I'm really tempted by the Red, I'm just not sure how easy to keep clean especially with a four year old! Any opinions? I know Riaz is not part of these forums anymore, but he really was patient with me and was very honest! Top bloke and will happily recommend him to anyone! Will post pics when I get car, due late Oct! |

Yes a number of us have / are dealing with Riaz and he is indeed a good fella.
The choice of spec and engine is first class. You get extra points for resisting the clatter of a diesel under your bonnet |

That's one hell of vehicle you've specced there. Will be amazing.
Re the black leather - I specced oyster and after 9 months, there still isn't a mark on them. Light scuffing does easily come off with the supplied cleaning kit (if you've asked for FREE seal and protect ). PS - I don't have a four year old, but just don't allow my passengers to equip themselves with coffees, Mcdonalds or 12" subways in my car! So if you swap your seat colour for red, don't keep your permanent markers next to the child seat |

Thanks guys, definitely tempted by the red! Not sure if Riaz is going to allow it, have changed the spec so many times with him. :-)
I know the Red Leather in photos never shows how the red is really like, i think it's much darker than it's in real life. The only issue I see, the colour is a hate/love colour and may have a slightly harder time selling (which won't be a long time)! |

Congratulations on your purchase, I have a similar spec F31 on order in mineral grey with saddle brown leather - due end of Sept.
I have coral red in my E92 and the leather still looks great after 3 years with my now 4 year old. Get some doctor leather wipes from eBay and you'll find it easy to keep a clean interior!

Coral Red is fine, looks great and I can imagine even more so with the brightness from the sun roof.
Have a think about adding heated steering wheel, cheapish option and comes in very handy all year

Go for the red! In my first F31 I had the black leather and it makes the interior very sober and dark.
What made you go for the 330i over the 340i or an oil burner?

Red leather with white could have looked look fabulous. BTW to my knowledge you're the first person who has optioned the rear electric blinds and side blinds, you must have been bejazzled with the options list, well done!

You won't be dissapointed with the red leather, I've always had black leather in cars and never fancied red but I opted for red this time and we quite concerned to start with but after a few days it looks great and defo compliments the interior.

Yeah, my current 530d has sun protection glass and on a sunny day it still wasn't enough for my kid, so I decided to opt for blinds :-). Hopefully keeps the car a bit more cool in the summer !
I'm at my limit of my budget and wanted more options rather than spending the extra on the 340i . Would of loved to have 340i, but in the end I'm at the age where I'll never use the power and prefer more gadgets on the car. Siding on red now just need to tell Riaz :-) |

Welcome! Only been on here a month or so myself, great forum, nice and active and a good bunch of people so far, very helpful. Especially at spending your money as I have found!
I have an F31 in a similar spec coming in Sept, but I have gone black with red leather, the red really makes it feel sporty for me which is what I wanted! |

I initially said, if I go with black, definitely red leather, but if I go with white i go black leather, but I saw a white with red leather and quite liked it. can't believe I'm so indecisive about this!
Thanks for all opinions so far! |

Nice spec. Don't think about the Coral leather, just do it, you'll not regret it, really lifts the interior of my F31.
Have got, amongst others, a 2 1/2 year old and no worries keeping clean. Get yourself a LionHeart seat protector too, possibly the best £18 (from Amazon) I've spent on the car |
