18x9 et35??? Square

225/245 would that work?? I'm just afraid of the front but the extra .5 inch of width would also make the tire more stretched then a 8.5 .. Anyone have insight to this setup?

As a technicality that is still within the allowable range for a 225 but it will be stretched and at its recommended max on a 9in.

Now as far as fitment with that width in the front I'm not sure. I have 8.5 ET35 225 and it is damn close but no rubbing. Haven't seen a 9in in the front but I'm sure someone will chime in.

Hmm I know , well I have seen a few people that have done 235s and 245s on an 8.5 et35 so I'm hoping a smaller tire with .5 of an inch of extra width will add a bit of sidewall stretch that will help it all to fit but only one way to find out I guess !

Yep! I tried your specs on the will they fit site with a 235 and it is showing 6.4mm closer to the strut and fender so .252" It's gonna be close! Might have to roll those fenders/get camber plates.

Would m4 LCAs help or hurt in this situation, I just mean would they take more clearance from the wheel and strut?

I have run 18x9et36 up front with 255/35r18 tires. This setup requires camber plates to clear the fender and has very little strut clearance.

In the rear, I've run 18x9et41 with 255/3r18 tires and it pokes too much for my taste.

In your opinion would 18x9 et35 225/40/18 fit , I'm lowered on H&R springs and could add max factory camber ?

I'm not sure. That's a question I've been trying to find an answer to myself. The added camber from that should help but then I read somewhere on here 1 member stated that it actually decreased the clearance to the fender.

I have no experience with the narrower tire, so I can't help much there.

Note that there's zero factory front camber adjustability on the F22...

M4 LCAs hurt clearance, period. They do nothing for strut clearance and they move the wheel outward and forward, decreasing fender clearance.

I have 2 degrees of camber if not a bit more I am pretty sure when I got the alignment after installing my h&r springs, maybe some camber plates will be needed!
