Damn what's up with all these cars for sale without comfort entry and a rear view camera.

Probably people with the executive package love their car enough not to get rid of it early.

Anyway a free bump and GLWS

The charm about these cars is that they are an excellent blend between a track car and a DD. There are better track cars for the money and better luxury cruisers for DD, but an M3 blends both those factors well with relatively less compromise.

Now, when you are purchasing this $65K car without very basic creature comforts like backup camera and comfort entry, it really spoils that equation. It is suddenly not that much of a comfortable/luxurious DD. At that point the very value proposition of a car such as M3 becomes questionable. You could as well pay even lesser and go for a different car which will be better on the track and heck it may even come with a backup camera.

You're totally right. I have a 2015 M3 without the Executive package, and not getting it was the biggest mistake of my life. The fact that I have to pull the key out of my pocket a push a button to unlock the door is the bane of my existence. I have nightmares about it every night and it makes me hate my car so much that I'm going to sell it. And not having a backup camera only adds insult to injury. I have no idea about the dimensions of my car and I back into people and objects almost every day. My rear bumper looks like it was hit by an atomic bomb. I would give anything to be able to go back in time and spend $4.000 of my hard earned money for that package.

most other cars I see in classified don't even make sense. they are usually like 3k below msrp, for a used car without maintenance plan. for 3k below msrp I can get a new m3. this is the first car I see where the seller isn't trying to rip people off, this car is priced aggressively. glws

As I started reading this I thought man, if that's the biggest mistake you've ever made then you have lived a charmed life. Funny stuff!
