Have the August MF and Residuals been released yet?

Unfortunately my deal fell through because of some shady dealings at my dealership so I'm still in the market for a new car. I was curious if anyone knew when the 335i residual and MF were released in the new month?

Have you tried asking the dealer? I'd be curious to know if they changed at all from July

The July numbers didn't come out until the middle of the month. Is that normal?

I asked and got very vague answers like "They're pretty much the same as July."

So I'm not sure if they changed at all.

So what happens if you go into the dealer to lease a car and they don't know what the residuals or MF is supposed to be?

I just heard from my dealer, who confirmed (unfortunately) the August numbers are identical to July's:

15k: 59%
12k: 61%
10k: 62%

UPDATE: Yes, this applies to the 2016 3-series.

Those are the numbers for the 2016's right? Aren't the 2015 model residuals 66% 65% and 63%?

And are those for 3 series only? I ordered a 2016 428i GC on Friday in SoCal and the residual was 58% for a 10k/36 month lease. CA said that if the rate improves before I take delivery in 6-8 weeks I will get the better rate.

Hi.

My sales agent just emailed 2016 340i lease rates and I wanted to verify them.
MF - .0013

Residuals
15K - 59%
12K - 61%
10K - 62%

The residuals seem kinda low.
Last year 2015 initial residuals were 61%, 63%, 64% for a 3 series.
And the latest June 2015 res were 63%, 65%, 66%.

Can you verify these 2016 numbers?
Thanks.

No 2016 3-Series numbers available to us, yet...

Wouldn't be surprised if residuals are lower... it will be in strong demand and support higher lease payments, I think.

Invoice

Thanks so much for the information.

Any idea if invoice can be attained through the same "roughly 93% of MSRP" formula used in the past?

Yes, that's a very close rule of thumb
