There are numerous other threads about this in the forum. I think the base rate for the 16's is .0013 and the 15's was in the .00129 or .00128 range. I can't remember. Either way, anything above those numbers is dealer profit.
Also the selling price is a little high, especially since its a 15 in my opinion. There's two different 1000 incentives floating around if you do drive for team usa or the UDE. I'd also look into doing security deposits to lower the lease cost. Finally, there is an entire thread labeled BMW leasing up in the stickies http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1111667 that explains all this and more. And why its also usually bad to put money down on a lease. Best of luck to you in the negotiations. |

That's a really expensive 428... I would rather get a lighter equipped 435 instead of getting a loaded 428...
I feel 3/4 28s should lease in the 400's with minimal down to make sense. |

Look at mine, fairly loaded 2015 335i 2015 335i BSM/CR 6MT (ZMM, ZDA, ZPP, ZTP, 2NH, 21C, 494, 688, Z2T, Z51) MSRP: $58,290 Sale price: $52,500 36/12k $546.40 + tax No money down, $746 drive off Unfortunately in TX we get taxed on the full sale price amount, not the lease amount, so my total payment is $638. Since your 428 is an XDrive and pretty much loaded, I'd expect your payment to be about $520+ tax -- NOT CORRECT, with no money down the payment is $633+tax. NO money down, just 1st month payment and any registration and title fees Last edited by DFW_M; 07-21-2015 at 03:19 PM.. |

The base MF now is .00130 and BMW allows the dealer to mark that up by four points for extra profit. You should be able to get it at the base rate as part of negotiations.

The bottom line is, they make money no matter what. They need to clean their 2015 inventory and BMW will give them incentives for that. If your FICA score is anywhere around 800, you should not allow them to charge you above 0.00128 interest. The dealers should not charge any bogus fees and the acq fee should be closer to 775 and not 995 that they all try to pull. All that should shave your payment below $600 with taxes included. The sales price is about $500 over the invoice which is not bad. Don't put any money down. Use that money to buy multiple MSDs and lower your interest UNLESS you plan on swapping the lease before the lease end. |

Ok, used my calculator and actually with no money down, $775 acq fee, MF of 0.00129, your payment comes to $633+tax.
So, my estimation was way off above. |
