IMPORTANT: I will need $2,100 for the 7 MSDs (Multiple Security Deposits) I utilized, which is fully refundable to the transferee (you) at the end of the lease from BMW. You can verify the amount directly with BMWFS.

21 months remaining, lease ends on 4/23/2017. This was originally a 30 month lease so the current year registration is paid for until 10/23/2015.

Fully loaded - only thing missing are xenon lights. Car comes with:

For interested parties, this is a 6-Speed manual paired with the M Sport package...you are not going to find this easily anywhere. A true unicorn in a sea of automatics. AND a crazy low lease payment that is cheaper than leasing a Honda Civic. Most $50,000+ cars are leased for over $500 a month. $299.71 including 9% tax in Los Angeles?? Unbeatable!

Great looking car for a great price! Shouldn't last long at all!!! Good luck with assumption OP! If you don't mind me asking, how in the world did you get this lease payment?

1) My friends, family, and I have purchased/leased around 20 cars from the dealer. I get great deals in terms of cap cost.
2) Then for October 2014 only, there was a special residual bump to 67% for a 30 month lease (like $60/mo cheaper than 36 month lease).
3) Combine that with a very low base money factor of .00129
4) I put down 7 MSDs (fully refundable $2,100 = 7 x $300) to reduce money factor to .0008

This is my 8th BMW lease and I have to say this is probably one of the best deals I've ever got. Sad to let this car go but I have a M3 arriving next month.
