I tried couple of reset adaptation the limp mode goes away, but it comes back. Drove to work today for about 25mile. Limp mode pop up like 7 to 8 times, I lost count. It shows up then go away after few minute to few second of driving.

Also, if you have Terry email , please post or email me. I want to ask him as well. Thanks

It's likely not the JB4 so there is not much reason to contact Terry. However, if you go on their site under Contact Us, there are specific emails for tech support.

I'd remove the JB4 and see if the codes persist. If they do then you likely have something wrong with your throttle body, just an educated guess.

Only other thing I've seen posted is bent pins on the ECU wiring or O ring stock in the Throttle Body.

If you didn't touch the Jb4 recently it's likely not bent pins, so I'd check your charge pipe connection at the TB, first.

I know its not a JB4 issue, just want to check with Terry for any idea on how to troubleshoot. Been Googling and its all point anywhere from lose connection to lose boost, but nothing confirm as a definite solution.

Since I have about 4gal of E85, if I remove the JB4, it would still be okay on stock map?

Thanks Jeff

You probably don't need to take the JB4 out, I only said that cause I was under the impression you thought that might be it.

Keeping that in mind, I don't think 4 gallons of E85 is a big deal either.

Check your throttle body and charge pipe connection. Inspect the throttle body closely.

I'd do that first.
