Repairing Hail Damage - Denver
Unfortunately my new 335 took a few hits in the storms that hit Denver on June 4th.
My father in-law was describing to me how the repair shop will take out the headliner, etc. so they can get to roof and pop out the dents.... I'm pretty sure it's easier getting it out then it is putting it back in properly... Anyone have a recommendation on a repair shop that has the know how to work on these cars properly? |

My audi took a good hit on that storm too.
I am in talks with Matrix Autobody and M&M auto reconditioning. I may go with M&M Auto reconditioning because the owner seems to be a nice guy. He is a car nut and drives an R8. I was recommended there by one of the audi guys. The owner Matt came out to talk to me, check the car personally, inside his covered garage, next to his R8. He said it will take about 2 weeks to remove all the dents and probably will give me a loaner as well. At Matrix, the owner didn't even care to examine the panels properly. He said, he will make it as good as new. But he said he will polish the small scratches out for free as a complementary. Said it will take about 3 days to do the PDR. So, I am thinking to take it to M&M just because he was very detailed on checking the car and talking about it. But he gave me a date of 20th July to bring the car. He said, he is pretty slammed because of the hailstorm. Let him know TJ with the ocean blue A4 recommended him. Here is the website: http://www.mandmauto.com The owner's name is Matt. |
