water behind the wheel

so I drive my M4 as my DD. today for the first time I saw a little stream of what seems to look like and smell like warm water dripping from the center of the car behind the wheels. Had never seen this on my vehicle- usually see this happen on older vehicles, but my car has 13,000 miles and got it in Aug of 2014.

is this normal or should I be worried?

Wait, so let me get this straight... You live in San Antonio, TX and have never seen AC condensation from your car. I get that it's a "dry heat" (USAF BMT sucks in that heat) but wow.

AC condensation isn't restricted to old cars, I've owned all sorts of cars (always new) and it's something that happened on all of them
