IC couplers

I have the vrsf 7" intercooler and keep blowing the dang couplers off. I have cleaned the surfaces with alcohol and tightened the hell out of em... any other ideas?

What kind of clamps are you using?

t clamps

Tighten more and or use hair spray where the metal meets the coupler.

thanks guys.. also what size is the coupler that goes from the cp to the lower intercooler piping.. I accidentally cut a slit in it

Make sure couplers are as far over the piping as possible and then tighten as much as you can.
