Coding simple functions via OBD2 interface?

I ran across this app for the iPhone, which appears to work with a generic OBD2 scanner: Carista OBD2.

I am leery because according to the web site, the app supports BMW but not the 2-Series yet. However, I am wondering if there is a way, either through this app, an app like it, or via iDrive itself, to tweak the following on a 228i M Sport with the Comfort Access package:

- Enable door unlock to require just one press to unlock all doors

- Get side mirrors to fold in automatically on door lock, unfold on unlock

- Activate front proximity sensors when driving head-in to a parking spot

I realize some of this may not be possible (especially the mirrors, I suspect) and none of it is a huge deal, but I would certainly appreciate advice and opinions.

You can enable to unlock all doors with one press from the key fob via iDrive. In the settings somewhere. I do it to save the battery in the key.
