LED Lights Coded

Since I got my LED'S coded to Euro Spec everything has been working fine. I finally drove at night on Saturday for a longer than usual drive. The lights worked amazingly good, I never got a high beam from the opposite direction, however, I did see people hitting their brakes because I think they were confused as to what my lights were doing. The high beam assist works much quicker than I could do it manually and all the signs on the street really light up very well. Before I got them coded I was kind of disappointed in the brightness of the lights, I didn't think they were any different than regular lights. Once coded it's a different world.

Also the lights turning when you turn the steering wheel probably confuses other drivers. I don't think it is dangerous at all just that motorists have to get use to it. I had a motorist pull up next to me and ask what kind of car is that and also inquired about the lights.

Isnt this standard when you have LED's, mine was already coded from BMW, ED guy told me that was a cool function and indeed it was.

If you pick your car up from a US dealer it won't be activated

Hey Warranty, our US LED's are different than yours. So welcome to 2015 in the U.S. if you get them coded.

I have to re-code mine and find better instructions of what exactly to code. I followed a thread instructions but i don't think its working well. Or maybe it gets activated at a certain speed? In any case, when i press the auto button the blue high beam turns off, and the other way around too. The blue high beam light does not come on by itself and turn off by itself as i understand it needs to happen.
Congratulations, looks like you got it working

You need your headlights to be on "auto", not turned on manually (using the rotary button to the left of your wheel). Then when you press the button on the stalk, you'll see a little green light with the A - that means the system is turned on.

On that note, does anyone know how to enable the auto high beams w/o the headlights being on "auto"?
