Please any help would be appreciated. Dme failed while driving 2acb codes.

Hello, I have a 2007 335i sedan. So I was driving lastnight , I came to a traffic light and the car stumbled and shut off on me, service engine light came on . I couldn't do nothing except roll to the side and stop. Totally confused I try to start up..nothing..kept trying to kick Over but nothing.I read the codes got a 30ba and 30bb also 2acb. I had done a dme mosfet repair a few months back and was fine. So I called my friend up who did the repair and works on the car. Awesome guy btw, if ever in a jam he knows his crap. He comes out to where I am and tries everything ..finally pulls the dme out and repairs on the spot. Replaced 2 mofsets and put back in. Again..the car kept shutting off after a few mins of idle. The 30ba and 30bb codes are gone from the mosfet fix but the only code that remains is the 2acb??? He didn't know what was causing it. So we pulled the jb4 and tried again. Car worked fine. Drove home an hour away and was fine. But am totally lost as to what can be the problem. Prior to a few days I had gotten a tmap sensor code with the intake chargepipe, not sure if any links...but if anyone has experienced this or similar please chime in and help out. Thanks alot.

You need to go to n54 and ask terry . Could be a bad ground or the jb4 may have went bad.

Thanks for your response. I removed the jb4 completely and car still shuts off after 2 mins of idling, so jb4 is good I'm assuming since problem is still there. I got the code 2acb dme main relay input signal
I can't seem to locate the dme main relay to change it out and see what happends.

There's a black fuse in the same compartment as the dme. Have you checked it ?

Definitely. I'm hoping that this is the fix for it. After all the code is 2acb dme main relay signal input. Will update tomm.
