Coding Question: angel eyes power

I was trying to code for the angel eyes. I could not find the power level one or the power level two mentioed in the code under 3062. I was able to find power level III and four. My question is: Are these the same?

Another question related to this: are the werte values in hex or decimal numbers? So for example if I wanted to set it 100% do I type in 100 or do I type in the Hex number for 100 using standard conversion tables.

Thanks for any help.

Sorry I just realized that I posted in the wrong forum.

Nver restrict your FDL Code search in CAFD to any specific section like 3062. The section location sometimes vary by CAFD making the section location useless.

Code these:

MAPPING_STANDL_V_L_PWM_LEVEL_STANDARD
MAPPING_STANDL_V_R_PWM_LEVEL_STANDARD
MAPPING_PARKL_V_L_PWM_1_LEFT
MAPPING_PARKL_V_R_PWM_2_RIGHT

Use Werte=64 for 100%.

So I coded my car this morning. Pretty much everything on the cheat sheet works. However the USB port has gone crazy. When I connect my iPhone it goes on and off charge repeatedly. Any idea why and how to correct it?

Also, the turning signal in hud does not work.

I don't know much about coding or if this is related but that may not be related to coding. My g/fs new X5 has same issue with her iphone and dealer said he had same issue. He said he tried multiple cords and eventually bought BMW cord and fixed it.

Yeah... I thinks it's a bug. I tried 5 different cords 2 of which were actual Apple cords. 2 of the non certified worked while the remaining 3 didn't. It also has to do with how you plug it in. If it goes crazy, I flip and put it in again and it works fine. Completely unpredictable...thanks for the input!

I thought they were already full brightness when on as DRL? I can't imagine how much brighter they could be! (more so than they already are)

I think there are different possible configurations depending on location.

Mine a full brightness DRL, full brightness parking and dimmed with headlights on.

I have seen videos with full brightness DRL, dimmed parking and dimmed with headlights on.

I would like to dim the parking.

I might set one side to full brightness DRL for a few mins and leave the other side so I can visually see how different it is.

I tell people to leave headlight dimming on because it looks bad at full bright

Anyone know the impact to longevity that going "full bright" will have?

Little to none, as the power level is equal to having only the parking lights on. The voltage to the rings steps down slightly when the headlights are turned on.
