Misfire cylinder #2 (possible VCG issue)

Hey guys I'm running a new E40 protune and almost finished but ran into some issues with cylinder #2. Previously on my 94 protune I haven't had any issues. Just yesterday I replaced my spark plugs and all new coils. The misfire happened last weekend and did again with everything replaced. So I still have a misfire in cylinder #2....hiccups/hesitation on WOT afer 3000rpms. I noticed that the spark plug in cylinder #2 had some oil on it...definitely noticeable vs the others. My thoughts are would oil be leaking through the VCG and reaching my spark plug/coil and cause a misfire? Just curious what everyone else's thoughts are!

Thanks in advance!

If oil makes its way to the plug, that can definitely cause a misfire. I'd get that VCG done ASAP, then replace at least that plug that had oil on it since they're all new.

My VCG was covered under my extended warranty. Gonna go for a drive soon and see if the issue is still present. Hopefully not...

So took it for a spin and still getting a misfire in cylinder #2. The dealer said everything looks good but getting P2EE6 and P29CE on WOT. I've gone through 6 brand new spark plugs, 6 new coils and VCG replaced under warranty. They said injectors looked good. Could oil residue on the plug cause anything in case they didn't check them? Plugs and coils are like 4 days old. Any help would be great guys.

Thanks in advance!
