Tuned turbo longevity

Would like some inputs from brave souls who hold on to high mileage N54.

My car is approaching 190K miles with original turbos (cobb stage 1 aggressive tune since 70K miles). Slight siren on cold start and gone after warming up( about 30 second driving slow). No rattle. Oil change every 4/5K miles after learning turbos are cooled by oil mostly. Always drive extremely slow before operating temperature reached but never wait to drive after cold start. No failed turbo smoke from exhaust.

Anyone has confidence that these turbo are built to last more than 200K miles? What more can I do to reach it?
