Single Cylinder Misfire

Hey guys, have read the sticky, just wanted to get opinions on my specific situation. '07 335i, Dinan stage 1 tune, 120,xxx miles. A few days back, under hard acceleration in 2nd, felt the car hiccup badly, let off, accelerated again, same thing, threw an SES that stayed on after the 2nd misfire. Scanned it, had a PO302 code, cylinder 2 misfire. Swapped cylinder 1 and 2 coils, tried again; misfire happened again, this time threw pending PO301 code, so I ordered a coil. Was told it could still be injector leakdown and since i only switched coils for adjacent cylinders it may not be the coil; tested again today, swapped the cylinder 2 coil with cylinder 6, no longer misfiring. Scratching my head here!

Not sure on the first two questions, BMW service history last service was 87k for the original owner, I'm third owner so no idea what happened between 87k and when I bought it with 114k. However, 4 of the injectors are index 11 and two are index 12, since it's an '07 I'm assuming atleast the two index 12 injectors are relatively new. Currently unemployed so obviously trying to find the cheapest fix here.

Misfire sometimes disappears when you switch part around, that does not mean problem is fixed. It will happen again soon. I recommend you start with spark plugs and if misfire keeps on happening swap ignition coils. If misfire follows, then you know it is a bad ignition coil. If misfire does not follow swap injectors.
