Where is the wind screen?

I just bought a 2008 328i convertible and its a great car. I'm trying to find the location of OEM wind screen. I'm not sure if I should be looking for a storage location in the trunk or if it's just randomly tossed in there somewhere.
I may need to buy one if its not onboard.

Thanks

I know of no convertibles that come with an OEM wind screen.

I pretty sure you'll have to shell out 3 to 400 bones extra for that my friend.

My '08 128i convertible did not have one and I don't think it was even offered that year as an option.

It will keep that long hair from getting windblown

I got one for my wife's G6 hardtop and she loves it, she has long hair like yours, and it would always look like she had been in a wind tunnel test shortly in to a ride.

OK if you're just cruising, but if we are going somewhere she was always unhappy by the time we got there.

The Pontiac wind screen was $350, so none of them are cheap, and of course its not included with the car when new

Wow, that sucks that the Pontiac wind screen is just as expensive! Damn windscreen manufacturer conspiracy- making it expensive for the women to have nice hair in a convertible!

Buy one. Makes it possible to drive long-distance on the highway with top down. I wish I got one sooner.

Maybe I don't know what I'm missing. But never have I once wished I had a windscreen.

Usually putting up the windows does the job fine if wind is bothering me.

As said the cars don't come with them

primary reason I bought one was to extend top-down season, since I live in the frigid northern wastelands, but the bonus was it made highway road trips at high speed much more comfortable. On a nice day on back roads, I drop the screen down and roll all the windows down for full convertible experience. I drop the top when it's in the 50's sometimes, because I'm fiending for fresh air. I bought mine used on the forums for about $200. Hunt around and you'll find one. Dealer gave me a price of $500, no way I was paying that.

Wow, It kinda suck that there is a mounting point built into the car but they don't provide one with the car. I'll find one on eBay or the forums.
Thanks for your help.
