Hissing noise, exhaust?

So I have this weird noise coming from underneath the car (drivers side) while I'm driving. It's almost as if there's a snake underneath and its hissing lol. Or like a small piece of metal rubbing against another piece of metal. Can't quite tell what it is....

I should probably take a video of the noise...but if anyone has any idea what I'm talking about, please chime in.

Possible exhaust leak?

can you narrow it down to it happening when moving or stopped?
can you hear it when stopped, and idle? or stopped and revving the engine?
or if it makes the noise only when in motion? that might help a bit in the hunt.
