Vancouver Electrician Recommendation?

My passenger headlight went out and nothing is fixing it. Changed bulb, changed ballast, checked fuses, swapped everything from driver side...nothing works. Angel eyes and high beam still works, only low beam out. Looking for electrician in greater Vancouver area to fix this at an reasonable price.
