Charger Malfunction

Hey i have a 2007 bmw 335i coupe 128,000 miles, was driving and the charger malfuntion came up with a battery logo and the power steerinh shut off aswell, can anyone help?

Run codes...that can help discriminate a bad alternator, bad voltage regulator, or bad IBS

Thats kinda of wat i was thinking maybe pully tensioner?
