BMW corporate email addresses to get something done?

I've been trying to deal with BMW's North American regular customer svc in an attempt to resolve something, but that hasn't gotten me far. Hence I am going to write to Munich. The question (before I go scrubbing the web for any and all relevant email addresses) is if anyone had dealt with it and has email addresses where this letter could be addressed to.
