Worst MPG your car has seen

Thought it would be fun to see what everyones car has seen.

My n55 was getting about 17-18mpg since I put the exhuast on my driving style kinda changed now I'm at 12... What are your stories

Something is wrong or you have a heavy foot.
I have an N54 and I average about 21 MPG even in my heavy commute.

12? Holy crap. With my long 100 mile round trip commute, im averaging 22mpg in my 335is.

When I had my 2007 335i in high school and more risky behavior, i'd probably average 16mpg with constant pushing the car to its limits for an hour at a time. I feel bad for whoever bought that car from the dealer after me, lol. Im not quite as crazy as I used to be, a 328i would be fine for my commuting... I just like knowing the power is there!

Could be, Keep in mind this is pretty much city driving and shifting at high rpms

I'll be the first to admit, I drive my car like I stole it, but I'm not redlining it every chance I get.

And I still manage to average 18mpg with Los Angeles traffic.

Your exhaust sounds so similar to mine, that I'm almost certain that it's the exact same. Did you happen to get installed by Joe's Muffler shop off of La Brea? I just can't remember the actual name of it (the Exhaust), lmaoooo.

Yeah, they're Elites then. I've had them on for just about a month now and I can't tell you how many times I've literally been stopped or had people from across the street yell "that's such a sick sounding BMW!"

Brings a tear of joy to my eyes every time.

Ever take your car on Sunset at 12:00am+ plus? So much fun and no cops!

We should definitely meet up one of these days and tear up the Canyons!

7.3 mpg is the lowest I've ever had, week after I got the car I started playing around a lot and raced a few people. Was so amazed by the power seeing as the most powerful engine I've ever driven before the n54 was a 2.2 liter 4 cyl, a Toyota Camry lol.
