If you had to pick... M4 vs GTR
(Just for fun and change of air) - I know it is a Bmw forum but i would like know which would be your top pick. If you had the choice of winning one of them; which one would you go for? and why.

M4 because I'd have to daily it and it'll get me slightly better MPG. Better comfort is a plus too.
Now if it was my weekend car then that's a whole different story.

GTR, that being said i am fully aware that i will be spending 100k for a car that looks like a 350z with couple exterior mods.
I am also fully aware that my 2007 BMW will draw more attention from girls than the GTR.

Id have to take the BMW based on the looks, though Id like the powertrain potential of the GTR.

GTR
Ive seen and driven quite a few that have had just minor work done and they are absolute beasts. FBO GTR with a solid tune and you are getting in the upper 500s whp/wtq That and you pull up with a GTR and people are like "Holy shit a GTR" You pull up with an M4 and people go "Thats a nice BMW" |

GTR and it's not even close.
All the engineering and thought that went to making the R35 and evolving it over the years... it's just not something that you can compare with a regular passenger car, re-done by M or not. It's hard to explain. Go drive one, and I think you'll get what i'm trying to say. You know you're in something "special", even though the aesthetics aren't really gratifying inside or out.

GT-R, even though the M4 would be a better drivers car. Having driven a GT-R though, I'd like to do it again. I've driven enough M3 coupes to know enough about the M4. Fun I'm sure, but it's no GT-R.

I mean are we talking you get an M4 + $35k to spend on mods. Because that's a no brainer. M4....
Or do we get one or the other and that's it. Really the cars are in different leagues. Should be an M5/M6 or GTR. That's closer in relation.
