Hello guys, I recently had my chargepipe pop where it connects to the throttle body. It also broke at the mouth and threw the c clip off. I ordered an ER chargepipe but it's taking time to arrive. In the meantime I secured it back in place and I've been driving the car to work granny status. It's still leaking of course.

Now my car is throwing system too lean codes. Bank 1 and 2. Doesn't make sense since the n54 doesn't have a MAF. I was expecting 30ff codes. I'm hoping it's not anything else. Someone educate me . Thanks

I was getting fuel mixture codes when the vacuum line going from one the diverter valves to manifold came loose. I couldn't hit 12 psi where I would normally hit 18-19 psi and no 30ff code.

I'm getting fuel mixture codes as well but the system too lean code is what triggered a check engine light.

I was getting mixture codes before that tho after running e85

Would be willing to bet it is because of charge pipe issue.

Exactly the same happened to me last week and still waiting for a vrsf one (should arrive tomorrow). I thought about doing the same as you for the 3 miles to and from work but in the end didn't want to risk it.

Afraid I can't help on the codes. Not even sure which ones mine has thrown. But I'd fix the problem first, reset the codes (?), then start from there and see if you have new warnings after that.

Speaking of which, not sure how I'm going to reset the codes/check engine light on mine tomorrow...

It is probably caused by the cracked charge pipe. You should not be having any issues once you receive the new one.

The vacuum line that connects the DV to the throttle body is busted. Should I just replace the line or leave it disconnected until I get my chargepipe/BOV next week? Will it cause a problem like lean conditions ?

I would just replace it. You can get the braided line at the dealership or just get some vacuum tubing from auto zone, advanced auto etc.

I'm sure this could cause a lean condition.
