N55 jb4 fuel gauge problem

I can't get the fuel gauge to stay reset. I read I need to upgrade the firmware but I'm having issues because I'm terrible with computers.

My question is this the problem, out dated firmware? Jb4 was bought brand new a month ago. Also tmap sensor 3 is supposed to be disabled still, correct.

Oh I apologize I have issues searching from my phone. I'm sure this has been covered

Thank you

Oh vehicle is 2011 335xi

Your question seems a bit confusing to me. You can't get the fuel gauge to utilize boost pressure and then go back to stock after you aren't on the throttle?
It should be menu 2-1. Here is a link for more help with the menus.

I would try double checking that all are set up correctly before dealing with the firmware updates. I probably won't update my JB4 unless there are issues

Okay sorry for the confusing. When I clear the cluster code. Fuel gauge operates correctly for about a minute then it goes to showing no fuel.

But when you get on it the fuel gauge will move but. Other then the fuel gauge not working there are no other issues. I will read the thread from n54 tech thank you for the help

You have "stealth mode" enabled on the JB4. You can disable it via the steering wheel commands.
