Horizon LED's blowing me off

Has anyone ever had issues with Horizon LEDs? I hear nothing but good feedback about them on these forums, yet I feel like my experience has been less than stellar.

I placed an order for an H7 Philips Lumiled headlight kit over 2 weeks ago and have not received them still. I've sent 3 emails via their website about this issue and documented my order number and name in each email. I've also contacted the owner of the company directly here on these forums and have still not heard anything back. He's an active user on these forums, yet has not replied to me.

I'm pretty displeased with my service and experience so far and will be taking action with my credit card company if I do not receive my headlight kit by mid-week.

EDIT: Come Tuesday 4/28/15 it will have been exactly 3 weeks since my order shipped. It shouldn't take this long to ship world wide. I've had packages from China shipped with slower methods that have arrived in less than 2 weeks.

Goon, did you pay extra for the UPS 3 day option? Or did you choose the International Signed Delivery option for $14 to the USA? What carrier delivered your LED's to your home?

I chose the default $14 option and I believe usps delivered it, though I can't be certain as I was on a business trip last week.

I get alerts via e-mail and text from both UPS and USPS, so I know for a fact they haven't attempted delivery. No notice has been left on my door either. 3 weeks for something that takes 5 business days is ridiculous.

The owner of Horizon has also been quoted on this forum multiple times confirming the 5 business day delivery time to the East Coast of the USA.

Bit late but I've had dealings with them. Never again. I purchased 10W CREEs for my E60. He sent out the wrong ones despite me pointing out the exact make and particular model of the car in the purchase message insisting that he be sure about the model as there were different ones pre-LCI and LCI. He still sent out the duff ones! This was in July this year....let's just say we're now getting into 2016 and he's still not given me my money back despite me having sent him back his lights eons ago.

He'll fob you off with all sorts of excuses or create additional barriers whenever one tries to get in touch with him. The same guy runs the whole operation but he likes to make it appear as if he has a separate customer services department operating off some golden island when he's fobbing off your refund emails. Rogue Trader. Avoid. My order number was 4458 just in case it appears as if I'm talking out of my backside. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered mine 20th may, till now no news n email from them. Weird my first order on 19th may went thru n I received the bulbs but not the second batch......
Besides their email, how do I contact them. Want a refund!

Thank you for the email, firstly please accept my apologies for the prolonged reply.

Unfortunately our warehouse had been burgled, or should I say ram-raided, to a point where it left us with no choice but to not be able to trade for best part of last week.

Furthermore as you can imagine most of our stock has also been stolen, along with our computer and packing equipment.

We have luckily managed to set up at a temporary location in the meantime so we can continue to fulfil orders and respond to customer queries.

avoid horizon at all costs, i had a problem and it took them 6 weeks to reply and come out with some rubbish. but trust me now you have a response i wouldn't get my hopes up for a solution.

absolute rubbish! and when i told them i would tell everybody who asked how they were they didnt care! least their consistent, fuck customer care & fuck new customers. AVOID HORIZON LED's!
