Need you thoughts People (Wheels)
As some may have heard RFT on the E92 don't do much for it's handling and ride (just ask Roofer)
I have been looking for some 225M style to keep everything original to the E92, but found people are asking silly money WHEN you can find some for sale. I also really fancy a set of 19" CSL's and have found a chap who can offer some originals with Pilot Sport 2's or Conti 2's, so the question is what do you think of the look, are the wheels dated and not right for the E92? Examples below are the closest I could find the Le Mans blue Mine at the moment |

Creepy m8,
I think the CSL alloys (the first 2 pics, I hope ) look really nice and aggressive, lending the car a mean look. I would say, go for it!! THR Doc |

Del,I think they look really good,I've yet to see a E92 with CSL's on.
As a matter of interest how much are the CSL's you are talking about. You going down the staggered route? Interestingly I spent the wk/end cleaning and polishing my 225's,there going back on while one of my G-Powers gets a spot of TLC:

In answer to your original question, I don't think they look old fashioned at all but they'll be a bitch to clean which is why I switched to 230s (amongst other reasons ).
They look particularly good on Le Mans Blue cars. |
