I got an M-Tech (Pre-LCI) on eBay.
The same company sells an M3. The body shop I went to like the quality of the aftermarket bumper and said it's as close to OEM in quality and fitment that they have seen.
I don't know about their M3 bumper but here is a link to what I bought.
