Houston Shops for F8X
So with the E9X M3s, a lot of Houston folks would recommend names like Driver Source, Motorwerks, M Power...
Has anyone had any experience with their F8X? Specifically looking for a local shop familiar with installation of the various tunes on the market (JB4, ESS, etc), and potentially installation of downpipes, though thats something I'd be more interested in doing myself. Haven't seen many modified M3/M4s in Houston yet!

Mpower gets my vote. Hoping to do a self install of JB4, DP, and Exhaust over the summer.

Bavarian Machine Specialists is good. They are BMW specific and do a lot of racing mods. They did all of my mods to my 135i and did a good job. Not cheap though...

Consider installing the JB4 yourself so that you can be the one to remove it between service intervals without having to visit a shop each time. If you don't care to ever remove it, my vote goes to EVS Motors.

I like Advance BMW Repair up in Spring. Alex runs the BMW side of the shop and is honest, enthusiastic and handled a few repairs on my n54 135. I'm not sure what type of experience they have with the f8x, but I don't really think their platform experience is as important as their familiarity with BMW's, tuning/upgrades, and overall quality as a shop.
