Weird sound when slowly moving?

Hey everyone,

It just started happening but when I'm in D and with my foot on the brake and say I slowly start to inch forward while still on the brakes, there's a weird sound. I'm not sure how to describe it but it sorta sounds like a really faint horn sound but of course I'm not pressing the horn and its not as loud. Think of it like a really faint train horn or at least that what it sounds like to me from inside the cabin
Anyway, it happens in reverse too when I'm slowly backing up and when I'm inching more and more with the brakes I just hear this low "urrr" bellow type sound.

Any idea of what it might be?

Edit: I think I found the reason. I feel like such an idiot It's resolved

How many miles on your car? Is it new or used? Could it be your breakpads?

It's pretty new. 9-10k miles, had it for almost about a year now

Edit: I don't track the car and I haven't really used the brakes aggressively

I have the same weird sound with my brakes. First off, right before I come to a stop, there is ALWAYS a high sounding squeal or a very deep whale-like noise coming from the front brakes that is felt through the pedals. When it's not one of those sounds, it's a very high pitched squeak that sounds like it's coming from the front brakes and even the rear ones. I'm gonna get this checked out.
